On June 1, 2018, the Parking Regulation came into effect.
⏰ 👉 The 5-year inspection period defined in the regulation has also expired.
📌Let’s remember the regulation that has been in force for 7 years:
🏙️ Coverage
All settlements with 10,000+ inhabitants according to the last census.
🏗️ License & Occupancy Discipline:
❌ A building permit cannot be issued without allocating a parking lot.
❌ Occupancy (occupancy permit) cannot be given without a parking lot.
❌ Parking areas cannot be allocated for any other purpose.
🚘 Passenger Car Parking Area at Least : 20 m² / vehicle
🔌 Electric vehicles: in zone/general parking lots and shopping malls is suitable for
✅At least one out of every 50 parking spaces
♿ Disabled access (mandatory): general/regional parking lots and public buildings ✅At least 1 🚲🏍️ out of every 20 parking spaces in
